1. Account terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and access details. Hyvely
cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this
security obligation. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account (even by others who
have their own logins under your account). You may not use our service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your
jurisdiction. You must provide a valid email address in order to complete the signup process. You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not
permitted and are subject to termination. 2. Free tier, payment, refunds, upgrading and downgrading terms
For our free tier, we do not ask you for your credit card and — just like for customers
who pay for our services — we do not sell your data. Free tier features can be found in the
FAQ section. If you are upgrading from the free tier to the paid full version, we will charge you
immediately on the day of upgrade. Paying customers are billed via credit card through App Store or Google Play. If you purchase the 1 year access, for every purchase, you will only be billed one time to gain full access to Hyvely
for 1 year for as long as the service is maintained. Auto-renewed subscriptions are not supported. If you purchase the lifetime access, you will only be billed one time to gain full access to Hyvely for as long as the service
is maintained. Our payment process is conducted by through in-app purchases via Apple's App Store and Google's Google Play Services and their respective payment processors.
Apple and Google provide customer service inquiries and handles returns. All fees are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Stripe will collect those taxes on behalf of taxing
authority and remit those taxes to taxing authorities. See Apple's and Google's Terms of Service for details. Refund requests will only be reviewed up to 14 days after payment; we reserve the right to
award refunds on a case-by-case basis. 3. Modifications to the service
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue,
temporarily, or permanently, any part of the service with or without notice. 4. Content ownership, copyright and trademark
You are solely responsible for any content and other material that you submit, publish,
transmit, email, or display on, through, or with the service. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. All
site data remains yours. You may provide us with feedback, suggestions, and ideas about the service. You agree that
we own all rights to use and incorporate the feedback you provide in any way, including in
future enhancements and modifications to the service, without payment or attribution to
you. You must not modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Hyvely. The look and feel of the service is copyright© to Hyvely. All rights reserved. “Hyvely”,
the Hyvely logo and any other product or service name or slogan displayed on the service
are trademarks of the company and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part,
without the prior written permission of the company or the applicable trademark holder. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the
service, use of the service, or access to the service without the express written
permission by the company. 5. Privacy and security of your data
Your privacy is important to us. It is Hyvely's policy to respect your privacy regarding
any information we may collect from you across our services. We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your
requested service. What data we store, we'll protect within commercially acceptable means
to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or
modification. We will retain your information as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide
you with the services or as otherwise set forth in this policy. We will also retain and use this information as necessary for the purposes set out in this
policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes,
enforce our agreements and protect Hyvely’s legal rights. We don't share any personally
identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that
we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept
responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies. You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding
that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services. Your continued use of our website will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around

Your use of Hyvely is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available”
basis. We design our service with care, based on our own experience and the experiences of
customers who share their time and feedback. However, there is no such thing as a service
that pleases everybody. We make no guarantees that our services will meet your specific
requirements or expectations. Technical support is provided by email. Email responses are provided on the reasonable
effort basis without guaranteed response time. We as humans can access your data to help you with support requests you make and to
maintain and safeguard Hyvely's to ensure the security of your data and the service as a
whole. We use third party vendors to provide the necessary hardware, storage, payment processing
